As you can see by the pictures Baranby has been loved, restored and loved a bit more! But due to some fairly sad personal circumstances I have got to put Barnaby up for sale :0(
The history that comes with this Fiat 126, combined with the low LOW mileage make him a bit of a billy bargain! Whilst the number of previous owners is high and this can be quantified by the documentation that comes with him. These show that he was owned by different members of the same family who passed him on from one to another, but because they all lived within the same area the mileage on him always stayed low. Yes he has had some time 'SORN' and after this date he was rescued and restored by his previous owner.
Fiat have used him as part of their marketing for the re-launch of the 500 model, where they decided to insure him for £6,000 due to his condition and rarity. . . I have carried on my own classic car insurance at this value after discussion with the local Fiat dealer and insurance company, as you can imagine he is fairly difficult to put a price on.
The MOT has recently been done, to which there were no problems and at the same time he had a classic car service undertaken by Pollendines of Frinton, who used to be Fiat dealers and were quite excited about getting their hands on him :0) As you can see he is also taxed until September, so completely ready to be driven off for a summer of fun and conversation as he always triggers that wherever he goes!
