One of the most original and lowest mileage Triumph TR7 auto' in existence. This car is immaculate and has been carefully garaged for it's entire life. The mileage of just 16,486 is completely genuine. This car is almost the last in my private collection that due to a change in circumstances, I have now almost sold off. This car is an unrestored example. I am not a concours enthusiast but if you wish to make it so, then you have the right basis. I just prefer it as a rust free, original example that has just the right patina to reflect the mileage of this car.
The white paintwork is superb. The interior is as it left the factory save for the addition of a later Blaupunkt radio cassette. It has the super period tartan seat trim and all is in excellent condition. The car has been fully professionally waxoyled with great attention to detail, for example, all brake hoses being masked off before treatment. The original jack and wheelbrace are with the car.
There is a complete history file. A lady in Weston-Super-Mare was the original owner who bought the car from Victoia Garage. Supplying dealer's business card is still attached to the garage's Leyland Cars wallet. I have the Triumph 'Passport To Service Booklet' with 8 British Leyland stamps up until 11054 miles. From there on there are service invoices (including from Revington TR) and all the MOT's up to date to sustantiate the 16,500 miles. Even the BL Supercover warranty and folder are all with the car The original handbook is as new.
I have just had a full recommissioning service done at BL/Jaguar specialist Premier Vehicle Services in Swindon. The TR7 drove perfectly before but I am something of a perfectionist.
