Toyota Corolla 1300 Automatic with a genuine 17000 miles from new.
It belonged to an elderly lady for most of its life who used it primarily for going to the golf club just a short distance from her house. The last owner bought it off the estate when the lady passed away. We have taken this car as a part exchange againt one of our classic Fiat 500's..This car is on the 'cusp' of being a classic.
The car drives like new and its a credit to its makers. Engine is as you would expect, hate the cliche 'runs like a sowing machine' but in this case it does. Gearbox changes up and down as expected for this mileage. Its a basic car so dont expect any frills, no pas but very light, manual windows, no central locking so nothing much to go wrong. Does have an after market retro glass roof which does not leak i hasten to add. All books are present inc service book with 4 stamps, even has supplying dealers rear window sticker still.
The insurance is around £155 per year for me and I have an agreed value of £20,000.00 on the Certificate.
The stripes were designed by myself using Photoshop and then applied using the best materials out there. The black is matte-finish and really sets off the green, especially with the red GT lettering. These can be removed if necessary and without damaging the paint but I love the way they make the car look, definitely a body line changer. The interior is black and a leather-look but really all the seats out of the factory were vinyl.
The steering wheel is a Momo Prototipo and just a month old but I have the original with the car, very good condition. There are also some spares but rather than list a long winded information pack I would rather discuss more about that on the phone; my number is included at the bottom of this description.
This car has been pampered and like the Ferris Bueller's Day Off Ferrari it gets treated in the same way (Almost OCD level of care).
Apart from the steering wheel and paint colour with stripes shes all original.
