Rover 800 Stirling Coupe Saloon Automatic.
Sadly for sale due to bereavement. This is a much loved luxury vehicle, which has only been used as a best car throughout its life. Its mature owner purchased it new and it has now been transferred into his widow's ownership, in order to remove the private registration plate, which is not included in the sale. The vehicle is now on an R141 - - - registration plate.
Entirely original. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a vehicle of this caliber. At the time of purchase, this was the top spec vehicle produced by Rover, with the ultra-reliable Honda engine fitted. The interior is best quality cream leather with red piping to match the carpets, and is completely faultless - no wear or damage.
Only covered 23825 miles from new.
Always garaged from new, and has always been extremely well cared for.
The spare wheel is unused.
The engine bay is absolutely standard, and, as you can see in the photographs, is very clean.
As you would expect, there is slight surface rusting to the very edge of the rear wheel arch lips, and one mirror is slightly scratched, having touched the garage once on its way in.
This is a fantastic one-off car, and would make someone an excellent useable vehicle, or presents the opportunity to bring to show standard.
