1994 Nissan Micra Wave in metallic silver
My father bought this car brand new in 1994 for my mother to use for local shopping trips. It has covered a genuine 24,500 miles. Ownership was transferred to my father last year after my mother died. The car has been garaged from new. There is no body corrosion anywhere, just minor rust on the wheels. Condition is almost immaculate. We have the full service history. My father is a qualified mechanic and he loves this car. His health now requires him to give up driving hence reason for sale.
The car still drives as brand new.
Tyres all in excellent condition.MOT until August 2014 Road tax until March 2014.
The Micra wave was a fairly basic spec car with manual winding windows and no central locking. However, this makes for an uncomplicated and reliable car. This car has never broken down. Not even a light bulb has ever needed changing. The engine oil looks like new.
Included in the sale is the original Nissan workshop manual which my father used to maintain the car.
I would like to think the car will go to an enthusiast. It is the perfect car to learn to drive with, very good visibility all round, a light clutch and precise gearbox. There is still a lot of life left in this car. It is just too good to be sent on a one way trip to Mongolia!
