This car has covered just over 28000 miles sadly the book pack has been misplaced, it comes with a v5 and mot, some old mot's and the owners manual and stereo booklet. The car has had one non smoking elderly gentleman owner from new, it has been garaged from new, it has been off the road since 2011 when the gentlemen had to stop driving. It is now offered fro sale as a genuine 28000 mile un restored original example. Has to be one of the best available anywhere.
This car is hpi clear, no accidents or finance outstanding.
This car comes with the original glass sunroof, original radio cassette, original numbered pepperpot alloy wheels, they are showing some flaking but are original and have never been refurbished and front spot lights.
On the road this xr2 realy is timewarp, it drives as the day it came out of the showroom. Although it is 25 years old, this car could be an everyday user, but it would be a shame to spoil such an original 80's motoring ikon.
As you can see from the pictures the car is in outstanding condition for its age and mileage, both inside and out.
There are a couple of blemishes on the wing tops and as mentioned the wheels are a bit flakey, having said this i think you would be hard pushed to find a cleaner more original example.
