Owned by the Chief of Police in Danton CA he has spent the last ten years building this car. Its as clean on top as underneath. Everything has either been refinished, replated, polished or replaced.
Paint is superb and needs nothing, it has just had a $10,000.00 custom real flame nose paint with skulls in the flames, this really is an amazing piece of art, at the same time the rear trunk was pinstriped. All panels are rust free steel. Front bumpers are new, headlights are new with skull covers built inside, side light covers are new.grill emblem new. All chrome is flawless. Tailights replaced with 1 piece units with led bulbs.Doors shut perfect.
Under the hood we have a brand new crate motor aluminium headed GM 502 (600hp solid lifters) with new high stall gearbox. Both have covered 1,000 miles. The motor is fully dressed, dipped big bore headers, HEI ignition is fitted as is a brand new holley. New aluminium polished multi core rad with twin electric fans. Chrome alternator, ally intake, chrome wire covers, all breathers are flamed billet ally. Firewall has been smoothed. Gearbox has auxiliary cooler mounted to chassis.
Interior
Totally new in highest quality English perforated leather, including the dashboard. Lower speaker console grilles have been custom built and colour coded to the trim. Rear shelf has Chevy logos embossed and perforated skin for speakers. Roof lining is perforated leather with new chrome hoops complimenting it. Steering wheel is a custom billet flamed unit which the loop is again in leather. Locker gearshift in polished ally with skull head shifter. All ancillaries have been finished in billet ally , even the rear ashtrays. Rear seat is a custom build. Dashboard is a full digital Dakota unit and is complimented with polished ally surround. Radio is a retro look unit but has cd,ipod usb plug in. Steering coloum is a polished tilt Ididit unit. All glass is tinted and unmarked. Front windows are electric units with concealed pin feeds in doors so no exposed wires in shuts.Carpets are German weave with matching overmats and are totally new. every piece inside is either new or refinished.
Trunk
fully lined and carpeted with chrome flames and hot rod emblem.
Undercarriage
As clean as above, anti roll bars back and front, new twin 3.5 inch exhaust with cross over and stainless oval tail pipes. new shocks, new bushes, chrome servo and master cylinder.Holley electric pump, new fuel tank. Wheels are Byodd 18 chrome with quality radials.Car comes with workshop manuals, car cover, front bra,battery trickle charger and loads of little bits and pieces.This is a 10 year build, its better than the day it left chevy.
