On the Road: The car starts on the first turn of the key and the drive is ultra smooth when touring. The automatic gears change unnoticeably both up and down the box. The engine is smooth, quiet and extremely powerful at 300bhp. The steering is tight and positive. The brake pads and discs are in excellent condition showing no signs of wear and work perfectly. All the electrics are in perfect working order. My Cadillac Eldorado drives like new. There are no faults at all. Every thing on my Cadillac works as it should.
The Boot Compartment: Clean and dry. The interior carpets are like new with no stains or wear. The spare tyre and wheel is original and still unused. The jack brace and locking wheel nut is present. The “Soft Closure Function” works perfectly.
The engine compartment: Quite a sight to behold. The engine and surrounding interior panels are completely free from oil and dirt. The Engine compartment is regularly cleaned and polished and finished with a quality silicone. It is as nice as the day it left the factory.
Interior: “Like Brand New” The roof lining material is quite perfect with no marks, stains or fading. The blue perforated leather sports seats show virtually no sign of wear. The rear seating looks unused. The dash, doors and centre console materials are all in perfect condition and all the wood finish is unmarked and polished. The floor carpets have been protected from new by factory fitted carpet mats and show no signs of wear at all. The carpet pile is luxurious with a very deep quality pile. “I can’t stress enough how perfect the cars interior is”. It is as new!!
Wheels and Tyres: All four chrome wheel rims are perfect. There is no corrosion or kerbing and are just as they left the dealership. The wheels still retain their factory finish and have a high gloss. (The chrome wheels were a factory upgrade costing over $1100.00). All tyres are premium branded Good Year and have deep tyre depth.
Body Work and General Condition: “Simply Stunning” As is common with any car fifteen years old you will expect a certain amount of wear and tear as it has been used. This Eldorado Coupe has suffered very little. The car is as it left the showroom and completely unmarked. The bodywork can only be described as like new. All the body panels are exact and completely unmarked. The under side of the car is as perfect as the rest of the car. There is no underside corrosion at all. The cars exterior is really quite stunning. This Cadillac has been garaged for its whole life. Having been on Sorn for very long periods. Summer use only and has never seen the rain. The paint has no fading and still retains the factory shine.
Summary: A ridiculously low mileage car that is completely original and unique. Not a speck of rust. No previous paint work and completely accident free. All mechanics and electrics are in perfect working order. The interior is in quite stunning condition and the engine compartment is gleaming, as is the boot compartment. All the door checks are spotless as are the sill tread plates perfect. The underside is as good as the day it left the factory. Google the “Northstar Engine” for more information.
